firstPRO 360 is seeking an AR Research Specialist for our client in Norcross, GA. In this role, you will need to utilize advanced MS Excel skills to track organize, analyze and report AR data extracted from customer portals.

Job responsibilities:

• Extensive Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on past due accounts and payment discrepancies to identify root causes and facilitate resolution. This includes analyzing account histories, payment terms, and supporting documentation.
• Customer Portal Management: Regularly access, navigate, and extract detailed accounts receivable information from various customer portals.
• Advanced Excel Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively to track, organize, analyze, and report on accounts receivable data extracted from customer portals. This includes creating and maintaining spreadsheets, performing data manipulation (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), and generating insightful reports.
• Data Integrity and Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all accounts receivable data by meticulously tracking information and reconciling discrepancies.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to gather necessary information and resolve account issues identified through research.
• Occasional Collections Calls: Conduct professional and targeted outbound calls to customers with past due balances, following established procedures and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline research processes, improve data management efficiency, and enhance the overall accounts receivable function.
• Ad Hoc Reporting and Projects: Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in data manipulation, formulas and data analysis.
• Experience navigating and extracting data from various online customer portals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
