Adecco is partnering with TORO in Windom, MN to hire dependable Assemblers!

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a premier employer in the area. Temp-to-hire opportunities available based on attendance and performance.

Schedule: Candidates must be available for BOTH 1st and 2nd shift as assigned.

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00pm–12:30am

Pay:

• $22.06/hour starting pay

• +$1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shift
  

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general assembly tasks including parts preparation, jig setup, fastening components, and related duties.

• Fit and secure parts using bolts, screws, rivets, adhesives, clamps, and jigs, utilizing both hand tools and power tools.

• Prepare parts for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging as needed.

• Load and unload parts from conveyors; organize components into containers or stacks for efficient workflow.

• Prepare, load, seal, and label cartons for shipment or storage following company procedures.

Pay Details: $22.06 to $23.56 per hour
