Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced  Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with remodeling projects, strong knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-service bathroom and kitchen remodeling and home improvement, including demolition, framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinetry, and painting.

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans accurately.

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to precise specifications.

• Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are organized and safe.

• Inspect work for quality assurance, ensuring all projects meet or exceed building codes, safety standards, and company expectations.

• Collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Identify potential issues or obstacles during projects and implement solutions proactively to avoid delays.

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times, following OSHA and company safety protocols.

• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating professionally with clients about project timelines, progress, and any necessary changes.

• Maintain accurate records of materials used, time spent, and project progress as directed by management.

• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members or apprentices as needed.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with remodeling trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in bathroom and kitchen remodeling.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools, measuring devices, levels, saws, drills, and other construction equipment.

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction best practices, and safety regulations.

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinetry, countertop installation, and finishing work.

• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications accurately.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (own vehicle required).

• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, work in various positions, and operate tools and equipment safely.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Flexibility to work varying hours as project schedules demand.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with design software or project management tools used in remodeling.

• OSHA Construction Safety Certification..
