Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored product recommendations.
- Educating customers about different strains, products, and consumption methods to ensure informed decisions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations to provide the best service possible.

Salary

$20 - $20 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- A commitment to providing compassionate care and exceptional customer service.

Desired Skills

- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations and compliance.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying informed about cannabis industry trends.
- Previous experience in a budtending or cannabis retail role.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
