Office Agent - $19.00 to $19.50/hr

What's in it for you?

• Payrate: $19.00 to $19.50/hr

• Shift: 8-hour shifts (Afternoon and Overnight)

• Must be available to work every weekend; off days will be during the week

• Paid training

• Full-time hours

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for the documentary handling of cargo and mail under supervision

• Shipment data capture

• Prioritization of import breakdown

• Preparation of import documentation (manifest, AWBs)

• Handling of irregularities (missing cargo, missing AWB, found cargo, damages, etc.)

• Flight close-out

• Debit charges

What do you bring?

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

• At least 6 months of related experience

• High school diploma

• Availability to work weekends
