We are hiring a Chief Engineer . This is a great opportunity to make your mark on a busy hotel property. Responsibilities: Perform repairs and routine maintenance of operating systems. Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses. Ensure accommodations are safe for guests and create a safe work environment for associates. Train, motivate, develop, and review all engineering staff. Maintain compliance with Concord Hospitality and hotel brand standards and operating controls. Communicate effectively with the General Manager, Concord, and ownership regarding concerns. Participate in our Leadership Development Training, supporting your growth within our expanding portfolio across North America.
