A locally owned and operated professional interior and exterior wall finishes company is seeking a Commercial Paint Estimator to produce accurate proposals for current and new clients while maintaining a balance of residential and improvement work. This is a progressive and quality oriented business looking for a professional person with limited experience under their belt to come in and learn full estimation processes. Must have some understanding of construction coming into this position. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PMand the pay is $40 to $50/hour plus a bonus plan, depending on experience. 

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Promote company services to General Contractors, owners, and property managers
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects
• Provide leadership and manage the paint estimating team
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader

Estimator Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator 
• Ability to understand, products, Production rates and services
• Planswift, Bluebeam or equal software proficiency. CRM Understanding
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Specific experience in commercial painting required, specialty and intumescent coating helpful
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
