Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Project Manager . The Commercial Project Manager will oversee all phases of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Responsibilities include managing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards, handling communication with clients and subcontractors, and tracking overall project performance.

This role requires close coordination with architects, engineers, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in the general contracting field with a focus on commercial construction . Experience in industrial construction is a plus, though not required. Candidates must be able to handle a high-intensity workload while maintaining attention to detail and delivering consistent results under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing project budgets
  • Proficiency in finance, contract negotiation, and project documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams on-site
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in commercial construction
  • Oil and gas experience is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with general contracting operations and industry practices
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
  • Capable of handling a high-intensity workload and shifting priorities
  • Strong commitment to safety
