Content Creator & Social Media Intake Coordinator
Location: Oviedo, FL (On-site, Full-Time)
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Director of Multimedia Production
Experience Level: Mid-Level (2-4 years preferred)
Compensation: $18.00 to $24.00 ( Based on experience)

We're looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to help us connect with that community every single day through eye-catching content, meaningful engagement, and powerful storytelling via Mud Hole's channels as well as our primary, in-house product brands we sell.
The Role: This is a boots-on-the-ground Full Time role where creativity meets community. You'll collaborate with our media team to plan and produce content that gets people excited about fishing and rod building. You’ll deal with our social channels, share your creations, and talk directly with fellow anglers. You’ll work closely with the Director of Multimedia Production and collaborate with the Marketing Team to bring brand stories to life across social, video, and blogs.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Creating high-quality, short-form social content (video, photo, stories, reels, graphics)
● Posting daily across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Twitter
● Coordinating and updating Linktree and campaign links
● Responding to comments, DMs, and group conversations (including forums like Rod Builders’ Workshop)
● Assisting with live streams and video shoots, whether on camera or behind the lens
● Building rods and capturing the process for how-tos and behind-the-scenes content
● Collaborating on blog content and written storytelling
● Maintaining an organized, forward-looking social media calendar. ● Tracking and reporting on engagement, reach, and performance metrics
● Staying current on platform trends and content formats
What You Bring
● 2-4 years of content creation and/or social media experience
● Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Canva
● Confident shooting and editing videos and photos for social
● Natural communicator, both in writing and online interaction
● Strong visual acuity, must be able to read, write and communicate in English
● Bonus points if you're comfortable with a camera or interested in hosting segments
● Organized, self-directed, and able to hit deadlines
● Enthusiasm for fishing, outdoor life, or DIY craftsmanship is a big plus
● Open to occasional evening/weekend hours for content coverage What We Offer
