THIS POSITION IS ONSITE IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT $20.00 per hour CLASS STARTING NOVEMBER 11, 2025

Extensive training provided for 13 weeks from Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 a.m.7:00 p.m. After completion of training, must be flexible to work a schedule of 1:00 p.m.10:00 p.m. with two days off.

• As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Video Repair, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers who are subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. Your daily work will strengthen connections between Spectrum and our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service for TV, cable, and video services; resolve a variety of topics including billing questions, account updates, subscriber challenges, and more.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cable and video services.
• Represent a Fortune 100 company and be the voice of Spectrum while delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and provide timely, accurate information.
• Work in an open, friendly environment with a supportive, energetic team.

What Youll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 1+ year working with computers and software applications; 6+ months of heavy-volume phone experience in customer service or a call center
• Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing
• Skills: Communication, organization, time management, multitasking, customer service
• Abilities: Dependable, professional, solution-oriented, results-driven, resilient

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $30.30 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
