This advanced manufacturer specializes in producing products for the automotive industry. Due to the growth in their business, they are looking to hire an EH&S Manager who enjoys work in a fast-paced environment. This individual will enjoy the utmost job stability, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to have success and career growth. 

The current opening is for an EH&S Manager. Main duties include:

• Provide technical safety and environmental support to multiple production, warehouse, and corporate personnel
• Monitor safety and health regulations
• Support safety development and compliance
• Oversee operations of the wastewater treatment plant
• Develop and enhance the corporate hazardous waste management program
• Maintain the environmental management system
• Oversee and direct the work of one salaried and three hourly direct reports

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership function
• Manufacturing experience required
• Ability to travel approximately 15% to other facility locations
• Prior experience managing the work of others
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
