Emerging Store Manager at Walgreens Join us to apply for the Emerging Store Manager role at Walgreens. Responsibilities include supervising customer service associates, managing the front end of the store, and providing recommendations on pharmacy and retail operations. Supports the Store Manager in overall store management, ensuring proper merchandising, asset protection, and sales growth. Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline to meet company goals. Customer Experience Engages with customers, resolves complaints, and models customer service best practices. Monitors and improves customer service metrics through coaching and training. Operations Supervises daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and store maintenance. Collaborates with external partners and supports community outreach initiatives. Business Performance Management Analyzes financial and performance data to support store growth. People & Performance Management Leads team development, performance reviews, and talent acquisition. Training & Personal Development Completes required training programs and maintains relevant certifications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with leadership and supervisory skills. Willingness to complete Walgreens leadership training and work flexible hours.
