Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Skills Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Familiarity with technical or technology sales concepts is a plus.
