• Previous experience in customer service, or marketing (energy or utilities a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills, you know how to listen, engage, and influence.
• A solutions-first mindset with the ability to identify needs and tailor recommendations.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve results.
