Our client, a fast growing retail and ecommerce organization is looking for a hands-on Executive Creative Director to join their team. This will be full time direct hire and fully onsite in Glendale, CA.

You’ll set the creative vision across brand, performance marketing, eCommerce, and lead generation, directly influencing how customers discover, experience, and fall in love with the products.

This is an opportunity to build, elevate, and scale one of the most impactful creative teams in the organization while driving tangible business results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor four Creative Directors across UX, Digital & Events, Content, and Brand.
• Inspire, grow, and structure a large team of designers, writers, producers, and strategists.
• Own the end-to-end creative vision for brand, performance marketing, eCommerce, and lead generation.
• Partner with executive, marketing, product, growth, and eCommerce leaders to align creative with business goals.
• Oversee creative across owned websites, third-party marketplaces, and integrated digital campaigns.
• Act as a hands-on creative leader—diving into key initiatives, reviewing work, and elevating the output.
• Balance big-picture brand storytelling with data-informed, conversion-focused creative.
• Build scalable processes, workflows, and standards for a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Champion a culture of compassion, collaboration, accountability, and experimentation.

Who You Are

• 12+ years in creative leadership, including a strong agency background.
• Experience leading multiple Creative Directors and managing large, complex creative teams.
• Background with product-driven brands where creative directly fuels growth and sales.
• Deep expertise in branding, UX, lead generation, eCommerce, and performance marketing.
• Strong grasp of digital customer journeys and conversion-centered creative.
• An empathetic, hands-on leader known for developing talent and leading with kindness and clarity.
• Exceptional creative taste, strategic mindset, and confident communication with executive stakeholders.
