Position Overview: Term: 1+ year Location: Remote (100% travel) Pay: $30.00 - $37.00, commensurate with experience Hours: Standard business hours Our Field Services Team delivers solutions that foster long-term customer relationships. You will respond to customer needs, organize and triage issues, and utilize formal training to provide effective solutions. We emphasize ongoing learning and professional growth through classroom training, mentorship, and a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Adding or removing non-powered equipment hardware Adding or removing wiring and connections (on non-working equipment and switchboard cables) Leading verification/continuity testing Analyzing job specifications and drawings Understanding Scope of Work (SOW) and writing Job Change Order (JCO) summaries Providing work assignments to Installers Preparing Method of Procedure (MOP) Writing Job Information Memorandums (JIMs) Resolving job specification and drawing issues Marking and correcting record drawings Conducting quality inspections Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience or equivalent Authorized to work in the US Valid driver’s license, insurance, and RealID/Passport At least 25 years old Basic electronic skills, hardware, and OS familiarity Ability to travel extensively, including driving several hours daily Willing to work rotating and weekend shifts Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unaided, 150 lbs. with assistance Willing to be trained for various certifications Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.) Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, sick leave, and other support programs.
