Job Title - Senior Full Stack Developer Leader

Job Location - WINDSOR, Connecticut,

MAX BILL: $95-$100/hr on w2

Hybrid monday- Thuesday in office.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer Leader to lead the development and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, and modern software architecture practices, with a strong ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence. You will mentor a team of developers, set coding standards, and play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level .NET Core applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automation
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and technical discussions
  • Stay up to date with the latest development trends and best practices in .NET technologies
  • Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend systems using C# and .NET Core
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team
  • Guide team members in problem-solving and troubleshooting
  • Ensure application security, performance, and maintainability

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Technology Expertise

  • Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, and RESTful APIs
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Team City and Octopus)
  • Experience with source control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines

Process & Methodology

  • Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery/deployment pipelines and automated build systems

Leadership & Team Skills

  • Proven ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Experience leading code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Experience with agile ceremonies and delivery cycles
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Business, QA

Strategic & Business Awareness

  • Experience aligning development work with business goals and KPIs
  • Ability to identify technical debt and prioritize refactoring when needed
  • Participation in technical roadmap planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in managing offshore or cross-functional development teams.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
  • Proficient in SQL and Entity Framework Core
