Benefits
$1,000 sign on bonus the first installment of 50% will be issued with my first regular payroll check following the completion of Orientation. The balance of the bonus will be paid on the check following the 90-day probationary period and is not under disciplinary action.

The House Manager is responsible for the supervision of all Direct Care personnel, program implementation within campus housing and the day-to-day therapeutic treatment of Missouri Girls Town clients as directed by Administration and the
Clinical staff. The House Manager should be professional, organized, calm in crisis situations, and willing to participate in every aspect of a client’s treatment program. They must demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory qualities and the ability to think independently. This position demonstrates commitment to the mission, vision and values of the agency by
engaging in respectful, cooperative relationships with clients, coworkers and external stakeholders. The House Manager is accountable for providing services and ensuring safety to clients through training, empowering and leading personnel in the agency’s quest to help our clients in achieving the mission.
Responsibilities
House Managers are directly responsible for the efficiency of the home. This will include the following duties:
1. Administrative
Fill in holes in employee schedule to meet ratio guidelines and safety precautions as necessary.
Meet weekly with the Operations Officer and pass on pertinent information to Youth Workers.
Actively participate on the DBT Consultation Team and effectively implement the module of therapy as outlined by the Clinical staff within the houses.
Compute allowances each month, obtain the funds from accounts payable and return the signed documentation when completed.
Ensure all required paperwork and records are submitted and filed timely to ensure compliance with licensing, COA and agency policy and procedure
2. Leadership/Supervision
Develop strong relationships with subordinates in order to fully understand the most effective teaching style for each individual.
Create a home that is clean, and an environment focused on safety.
Provide an atmosphere conducive to learning and provide services to achieve the agency’s mission that includes choice and collaboration.
Oversee and participate in extensive training to all new employees to include the agency’s orientation checklist and continuous annual professional development.
Oversee the delegation of house responsibilities by ensuring the completion of daily schedule, program compliance and client treatment plans
Serve as the primary contact for Youth Workers in times of uncertainty, crisis and for agency questions, concerns and comments.
Provide continuous and constructive feedback (positive and negative) for the continued professional development Youth Workers
through scheduled and unscheduled, formal and informal individual meetings/interactions in addition to the annual evaluation.
Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure adequate staff coverage for the safety of clients and personnel. Work in ratio as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum age of 21 years
2. High School Diploma or GED. – Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
3. No criminal record or history of abuse
4. Ability to demonstrate caring, tolerance, and patience when dealing with at-risk youth
5. Ability to demonstrate understanding of philosophy, policies and procedures, strategies and programs of Missouri Girls Town
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality
7. Ability to be on time and dependable
8. Ability to work independently or with little to no supervision
9. Professional with strong communication skills
10. Organized with a strong attention to detail
11. Exhibit strong leadership qualities and supervisory skills
12. Preferred candidate will have experience with at-risk youth and previous management
