Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Milwaukee, WI that is seeking an IAM Security Consultant.Responsibilities:
- Support Identity lifecycle management including provisioning and deprovisioning of user access
- Assist with access reviews and certifications to ensure compliance
- Contribute to role-based access control (RBAC) initiatives
- Provide operational support for IAM tools including Saviynt, EntraID, Okta, and Active Directory
- Support audit and compliance activities related to IAM operations
- Utilize PowerShell or other scripting tools to automate IAM tasks
- Assist and actively demonstrate initiative & capabilities with operational activities, maintenance, testing and application administration for the Information Security tool suite driving towards best practices, industry standards and compliant deployments
- Follow established procedures which align to enterprise-wide security-based initiatives
- Assist with regular security audits, vulnerably assessments and remediation
- Demonstrate agility and resilience in fast-paced settings, contributing effectively even when processes are evolving or documentation is limited
- Create and maintain security/operations documentation
- Review logs and security reports from various systems
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Knowledge of or formal education in any combination of the following areas: identity and access management, application administration, scripting/coding (e.g., PowerShell), security analysis, and audit/compliance support
- Knowledge of complex application troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Knowledge of integration testing strategies
- Basic understanding and use of project management skills including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion is a plus
- Internship or coop experience is a plus
Preferred:
- Minimum 2-year IT degree or relevant work experience
- Exposure to IT systems and security methodologies preferred Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Saviynt, Azure AD, Okta, and Active Directory is preferred. Bonus: Oracle Fusion exposure
Contractor Engagement Details:
- This is a full-time contractor role with flexible location options (on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on proximity)
- Availability to work in US time zones is required
- Initial engagement is for 6 months with potential for conversion to hire
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
