IT Manager in Phoenix, AZ

LHH is conducting a direct hire search for a Manager of IT in Phoenix, AZ with strong leadership experience. This exciting opportunity is part of a growing company and collaborative team. Our client offers an excellent benefit/bonus structure and competitive pay, so this opportunity will not be available long.

Responsibilities:

• Jack of all trades Experience in IT Operations (Hardware/Software, Cyber Security), IT Programming, and PMO (Project Management Office)
• Currently migrating legacy environment to a more modern one
• Supervises staff by reviewing procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity; develops a competent, productive, and efficient team through direct delegation
• Helps oversee planning, analysis, design, and implementation of IT services, including data and voice components, by determining requirements and deploying successful services
• Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Qualifications:

• 510+ years of experience
• Experience building environments, not just keeping the lights on
• Exceptional team?building skills
• Very strong communication skills
• Experience in IT Ops, network, systems, security, software, and PMO
• Ability to work independently with strong problem?solving skills
• Bachelors degree preferred
