Senior IT Project Manager - Multi-vendor deployment
Type: 1 year contract (with likely extensions)
HYBRID (2 days onsite/week)
Location: Dimondale, MI

Must Haves

• 7+yrs as an IT project manager
• IT Projects involving Commercial Off the Shelf Technology (COTS)
• Experience managing a multi-vendor environment in a government environment
• 5+yrs Project portfolio management systems and tools (eg.) Clarity
• 5+yrs MS Project
• Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification

Overview
This position is for a Senior Project Manager (PM3) to assist the client Project Management Office with a multi-year high priority project.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-vendor deployment supporting a hybrid workforce (combination of on-site and remote work) at all levels of the organization. Applicants should possess exceptional communication and follow up skills along with significant experience in formal IT project management.
