The IT Practice Support Specialist, reporting to the IT End User Experience Manager, serves as the local IT resource responsible for addressing local help desk needs and escalated issues from the global help desk. The IT Practice Support Specialist's key responsibilities include providing AV support for conference rooms, responding to and troubleshooting helpdesk tickets, assisting with deskside training needs, maintaining and supporting all office IT equipment, testing current/proposed technologies, and assisting with end-user facing projects. The Specialist should be adept at identifying and resolving systemic issues on desktop and mobile devices and ensuring that firm technologies align with attorney workflows to drive adoption. Additionally, the IT Practice Support Specialist will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the technologies most utilized in their assigned office. While primarily supporting the Los Angeles office, this role may also involve assisting with IT issues in other Milbank offices.

Assist the training team in delivering new hire and ongoing training and developing outlines, print and video training materials specific to the office and for the applications they are assigned as a SME.
Assist the QA and Desktop teams in testing and quality assurance of new software applications from the end-user point of view.
Assist with ensuring the security of all systems and equipment including reporting and remediating phishing and malware attacks.
Assist with IT and firm projects as needed including moves, build out and installing "special" or POC software for users. Update Smartsheet for assigned tasks.
Participate in US regional afterhours support rotation.
Travel as needed to assist other offices.
Other responsibilities as they may be assigned from time-to-time.
Compensation : The anticipated base salary range offered for this role will be between $75,000 to $90,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base compensation range. Actual base compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
