Job Description

Description:

Welcome to Mindfully —where diversity, inclusion, and equity are at the heart of everything we do. As a minority woman-owned company, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered.

At Mindfully, our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality mental health care that is affordable, progressive, and personalized. Our goal is to give you the autonomy of private practice with the support and community of a larger organization. Through our Mindfully Academy , you’ll also gain access to specialized training in evidence-based modalities such as DBT, EMDR, child and adolescent therapy, substance use treatment, couples therapy (IFS, Emotion Focused, Gottman), and more.

Why Join Our Team?

When you join Mindfully, you join a practice that invests in your mental, physical, and financial well-being. We empower you with flexibility, community, and support so you can thrive as a clinician and deliver the best results for your clients.

Benefits include:

  • Competitive compensation for 1099 contractors, without the hassle of running your own practice

  • Flexible scheduling tailored to your work-life balance
  • Client-matching technology to align your caseload with your passions and expertise
  • Freedom to choose which insurance panels you accept
  • Regular peer consultation meetings and small pod groups for support and collaboration
  • A strong, connected network of clinicians for consultation, knowledge-sharing, and community
  • Specialty teams for advanced training in areas such as DBT, eating disorders, trauma, adolescents, couples, and more
