Litigation Associate Attorney - New York City

Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join their high-profile litigation practice. This position is based in the firm’s New York office.

The estimated salary range for this position is $250,000 - $370,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of solid litigation experience, preferably with some trial experience and experience drafting and arguing motions or conducting depositions
• Prior experience as a judicial law clerk is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent team player skills with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, and the flexibility to engage and collaborate across the firm’s capabilities and practice areas
• Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions that meet client and team needs
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to the New York State Bar (and in good standing)
