Peregrine Team is hiring a Cleaning Tech based out of Denver, CO.
This is a full time, contract-to-hire, opportunity with competitive pay and full benefits.
As a Cleaning Tech, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success execution of cleaning projects from inception to completion. You'll be entrusted with various responsibilities, including learning and understanding Data Center environments.
JOB DUTIES
• Willing to travel to various cities and states (fully paid by the company)
• Comfortable in construction environments, using machinery (fork-lifts, scissor lifts, etc.)
• Comfortable with heights and small spaces.
• Follow directions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead
• Clean, chemically treat, and vacuum physical surfaces within a construction, technical or GMP environment
• Subfloor vacuuming and wiping.
• Drop ceiling vacuuming and wiping.
• Clean outside of cabinets.
• Floor surface vacuuming and mopping (both vinyl and HPL floors).
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, or hardware.
• Clean windows, glass allotments and mirrors utilizing foamy water or different cleaners.
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Ability to pass substance screening
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid Government-issued ID
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
PREFERRED
• Knowledge of Data Centers
• Experience as a Cleaner/Janitor
• OSHA 30 Certification
