CNN is looking for a Manager, Growth Marketing Operations to drive operational excellence and efficiency for the Product Marketing team in Growth, part of the Digital Products & Services division. The role focuses on building, streamlining, tracking, and managing cross-functional workflows, resources, and processes for end-to-end marketing campaign development and execution across product marketing surfaces on web, Apple and Google apps, and CTV. Responsibilities include supporting product marketing initiatives to engage, subscribe, and retain consumers, facilitating team onboarding, training, and performance reporting, and ensuring smooth operations between Product Marketing and other teams such as Product, Design, Content Design/UX, Data, Research, Brand, Media, and Comms. Key accountabilities include developing marketing operating rhythms, managing marketing initiatives and timelines, and owning marketing documentation processes. Qualifications include 5+ years in digital/product marketing or marketing operations, experience coordinating complex campaigns, excellent communication and organizational skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
