Enterprise Support Services Leaders

Enterprise Support Services Leaders oversee support functions within an organization, ensuring customer and operational needs are met efficiently. Their responsibilities include strategy development, team management, and performance monitoring of global support services. They provide executive leadership and oversight of enterprise location services, administrative services, and centers of excellence. Using extensive experience and judgment, they identify improvement initiatives, increase productivity, generate cost savings, manage risks, and act as trusted advisors to drive innovation and automation. They ensure smooth support operations, manage teams delivering essential services, and collaborate across departments to maintain compliance and support quality, consistency, and organizational growth across all locations.

Duties

  1. Oversee daily operations of enterprise support teams.
  2. Develop strategies to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate across departments for seamless support.
  4. Monitor and report on performance metrics.
  5. Lead and mentor staff to foster a positive environment.

  • Experience implementing administrative solutions at a global level.
  • Ability to interact with multiple leadership levels.
  • Experience leading a global/enterprise team and managing in a matrix organization.
  • Visionary leadership, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Experience consulting with executives and building credibility.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, budget management, and compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.

We consider qualified applicants with criminal records in accordance with applicable laws. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and location, with a range of $193,500 - $343,200. Selected candidates are eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance.
