APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Dearborn, MI looking to add Office Managers to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be overseeing the daily administrative operations of the medical facility, ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional patient service, and compliance with healthcare. What your day will look like:

• Manage the daily administrative operations of the medical office.
• Maintain office supplies, records, and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT support, and service providers.
• Supervise, train, and schedule front office and administrative staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
• Resolve staffing issues and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure high-quality, courteous, and efficient patient service.
• Oversee scheduling, check-ins, billing, and patient records.
• Handle patient complaints and service issues professionally.
• Assist with budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor financial reports and work with the billing team to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient and operational records.
• Prepare for audits and assist with credentialing processes.

What we are looking for:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of office management experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, billing practices, and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, Kareo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
