Practice Manager – Prescott, Arizona

I’m partnering with a leading outpatient pulmonary and sleep practice in Prescott, AZ, to find a Practice Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing two providers and a dedicated team of four full-time employees. You’ll play a key role in staff development, patient satisfaction, and the success of innovative virtual care programs, including pulmonary rehabilitation.

What you’ll be doing:

✔ Supporting providers with proactive communication and operational backing

✔ Leading HR functions: recruitment, training, scheduling, and culture-building

✔ Driving patient satisfaction by ensuring efficient communication, zero inbox delays, and seamless virtual care access

✔ Overseeing billing coordination, supply ordering, and marketing/liaison activities

✔ Stepping in where needed to keep the practice running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

✨ Experience in healthcare management (pulmonary or sleep medicine a plus)

✨ Strong leadership with a patient-first mindset

✨ Excellent communication skills for working with staff, providers, and patients

✨ Ability to manage schedules, staffing, and operational workflows

Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 annually (DOE)
