Job Title: Licensed Medicare Sales Associates (REMOTE)

Job Description:
WBW Insurance is seeking licensed Medicare Sales Associates to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a remote member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in connecting individuals with the Medicare coverage that best suits their needs—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

• Sell Medicare Plans: Utilize your expertise to effectively sell Medicare plans to eligible individuals, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer personalized guidance and support throughout the enrollment process, addressing client questions or concerns.
• Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with changes in Medicare policies, plans, and regulations to provide clients with the most accurate information.
• Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals—40 applications per month is the minimum expectation.
• Work Remotely: Successfully operate from a remote location, using communication tools to stay connected with your team and clients.
• Adhere to Compliance Standards: Maintain full compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal policies, upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Requirements:

• Active Medicare Sales License: Must hold a valid and active license to sell Medicare plans in at least 10 states .
• Releases in Hand: Applicants must have current carrier releases available .
• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in insurance or healthcare.
• Ability to Sell Day One: Must be able to begin selling immediately upon joining— no contracting delays .
• Remote Work Proficiency: Experience working remotely, with comfort using sales and communication tools.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey complex information with clarity and empathy.

Compensation:

• $125-$150 per approved application
• Bi-weekly pay
• Bonus opportunities available for top performers
• Estimated yearly income: $55,000 – $125,000+ , based on performance

Additional Notes:

• If you are not comfortable writing at least 30 applications per month , please do not apply —we will not consider candidates who cannot meet this baseline expectation.
• This position is full-time and 1099 contract-based .
