Watsonville

Ideal candidates will have:
A proven sales track record with measurable success (awards, rankings, quotas)
One (1) year of selling or merchandising experience in the beverage industry or grocery retail, preferred.,
CPG, or B2B sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to build strong client relationships
A passion for products and brands in the beverage industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Manage and grow a designated sales territory
Execute brand strategies and promotional campaigns
Identify new business opportunities and close deals
Maintain and expand relationships with key retailers, bars, restaurants, and accounts
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and brand managers
