Project Overview

As a member of the Information Management Services Division, the Network Analyst plays a key role in supporting, maintaining, and evolving network infrastructure. This position is responsible for managing network IP addresses, facilitating host connectivity, and maintaining a variety of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.

The analyst collaborates with vendors to evaluate emerging technologies and troubleshoot network issues. The role includes using monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance, assisting other teams with system integration, maintaining documentation, and supporting procurement processes related to network technology.

Initial duration: 07/14/2025 to 09/30/2025

Interview Process: Conducted via Microsoft Teams

Work Location: This position is 100% onsite. Candidates must currently reside in Wisconsin. Relocation is not offered for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Survey and document the wireless network infrastructure across the grounds
2. Create and maintain an inventory of network-connected devices, including specifications and locations
3. Develop a centralized repository of images representing Zoo technologies
4. Analyze network diagrams, IP schemes, configuration protocols, and connectivity
5. Map devices and applications to vendor systems (e.g., point-of-sale or control systems)
6. Contribute to the success of the team by completing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree is required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in computer networking infrastructure is required with exposure to wireless technology preferred.
• Skills:
• Ability to follow both verbal and written technical instructions
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving network issues
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP), and equipment (e.g., routers, switches, wireless systems)
• Familiarity with WAN components, VPNs, Layer 2 and 3 networking, multicast, DHCP, DNS, IP management, and network monitoring tools is desirable

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods
• Regularly lift/carry items up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable accessing equipment in ceilings or wiring closets, which may involve climbing ladders or working in tight spaces

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay rate for this position is near $24. This rate is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
