Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using Oracle APEX. Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into functional, efficient solutions. Write, test, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries and procedures. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. Customize Oracle APEX applications with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for enhanced user interfaces. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle APEX applications, databases, and environments. Integrate Oracle APEX applications with third-party tools and services as needed. Create and maintain detailed documentation for all developments and processes. Stay up to date with new Oracle APEX features and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle APEX certification. Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN, etc.). Knowledge of cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, etc.) and deployment practices. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion applications. Proven experience with Oracle APEX development (version 23.x and above). Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies. Solid understanding of Oracle databases and related tools. Experience with RESTful Web Services and API integrations. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Knowledge of security best practices for web applications and database systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
