Compensation (Uncapped): This is a commission-only opportunity with no cap on earnings. Top performers earn: $150,000–$300,000+ annually. Earnings are driven by:

• Doors knocked
• Appointments set
• Deals closed

Role Overview:

Nuvant Roofing is hiring 1099 Outside Sales Representatives to drive residential roofing sales through direct-to-home outreach (door knocking) and in-person customer consultations.

This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy being in the field, taking ownership of their results, and building income through consistent activity and strong closing skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect in assigned neighborhoods to generate inspection opportunities
• Set and run homeowner appointments
• Conduct roof inspections and clearly explain findings
• Present solutions and close residential roofing deals
• Follow Nuvant Roofing’s sales process and playbook
• Track activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Maintain consistent field activity to build your pipeline and results

Experience (Preferred):

• Door-to-door (D2D) sales experience
• Roofing, solar, pest control, home improvement, or other commission-driven sales experience

Licensing: No licensing required at hire (we’ll guide the process)

This is a field-based performance role. Successful reps typically:

• Maintain daily prospecting activity

Success in the First 90 Days:

Top reps typically demonstrate:

• Consistent daily prospecting activity
• Weekly growth in inspections/appointments
• First deals closed within 30–45 days
• Strong adherence to the sales process
• Coachability, energy, and effort

Hiring Process (Important):

We are selectively hiring 15–20 total sales representatives.
