Leading Beauty Brand is seeking Graphic Designer specializing in packaging design. The ideal candidate will have over4 years of experience in graphic or packaging design with strong skills in creating detailed 2D and3D renderings, mechanical layouts, and high-quality artwork for product packaging. Experience with press checks and working in fast-paced environments is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create organized and detailed2D and3D renderings for product packaging.
• Prepare mechanicals including artwork layout and file packaging for suppliers.
• Ensure all packaging designs comply with industry standards and printing requirements such as deco treatments, pantones, and foil.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and manufacturing to meet project goals.
• Conduct design research and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovative packaging solutions.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure successful execution of designs.
• Maintain high attention to detail ensuring error-free deliverables within deadlines.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow brand guidelines and develop cohesive brand patterns across mediums.

• Preferred Software Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dimension
  • Rhino or SolidWorks
  • Experience with TAG software and ESKO is a plus

• Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in graphic or packaging design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative packaging designs.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive forward thinker who anticipates challenges and develops solutions.
