Sr. Recruiting Manager @ Spectrum Staffing Group | New Business Development, Recruiting, Screening Resumes
Seeking a Payroll Specialist to process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for 500+ employees. Must have California payroll experience, strong compliance knowledge, and be proficient in ADP Workforce Now. Salary of $70k + 10% bonus eligibility.
(Hybrid In-office MondayThursday, Remote Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll and bonuses
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
- Handle benefit deductions, garnishments, and timecard reviews
- Respond to payroll inquiries and support audits
- Maintain payroll records and support onboarding/offboarding
- Partner with HR/Accounting on reporting and reconciliations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years payroll experience (California required)
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- CPP certification preferred but not required; real estate or housing industry experience a plus
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and attention to detail
- Experience with 401(k) plans
- Unlimited PTO policy
