**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**This is not for those who want “average.” This is not a gig. This is not a freelance side project.**

You’ll join our top-tier video editing team and work closely with our creative strategist to turn scripts, footage and briefs into high-volumes of high-converting ads that resonate and impact people. You'll master cutting-edge editing tools to maximize your output and continuously refine your work based on performance feedback.

This isn’t a role where your edits sit in a folder. Every asset you create will be measured and optimized, giving you real ownership and visible impact in a team that’s moving from 8 to 9 figures.

* Take briefs, scripts, and raw creator content and turn them into high-performing assets
* Join a team of highly experienced and driven editors
* Work with the Creative Strategist and talent managers to learn and refine your output
* Edit short-form and long-from video ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
* Create multiple hooks and variations to optimize performance
* Add captions, overlays, pattern interrupts, sound effects, and native transitions
* Use AI tools (e.g. HeyGen, Runway, Veo3) to enhance creatives and streamline output
* Edit in a native, direct-response style: clean, authentic, results-driven
* Ensure all content complies with creator usage rights and licensing before publishing
* Optimize pacing, storytelling, and retention across all platforms
* Manage and organize projects efficiently with minimal supervision

**WHO YOU ARE:**

* Proven track record editing video ads for e-commerce brands
* Skilled in both short-form and long-form formats
* Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention
* Highly skilled with Adobe Premiere Pro; able to create overlays, captions, and simple motion graphics
* You are detail oriented and have a keen eye for aesthetics
* Familiar with AI content tools like HeyGen and Runway — or quick to learn
* You know how to source and select the right footage
* You are very resourceful, proactive, and able to self-manage
* Thrive in high-energy, feedback-driven environments
* No agencies, outsourcing, or part-time — this is a full-time role working directly with our in-house team
* (nice to have) Awareness of ad compliance guidelines for Meta

This is a full-time, remote position with long-term growth potential. We work following GMT+4 or GMT+8 time.
