Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Management Intern to drive website optimization, new feature developments, and feature enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong awareness in E-Commerce and improving user experience, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Responsibilities and Duties Assist the manager in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps to optimise website performance and user experience. Help with the development of new features and enhancements to improve customer journey and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, marketing, and customer support, to implement product initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Analyse user behaviour, website performance, and other key metrics to drive data-informed decision-making. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product updates. Partner with marketing teams to launch and promote new features effectively. Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously enhance the shopping experience. Qualifications BS in Business, Analytics, or related field. Experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or the wedding industry. Experience with web analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and project management skills. Customer-centric and innovative.
