We are seeking a Project Manager Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee administrative tasks that will help alleviate the workload of our Project Managers. **not a remote position**

• Sending inquiry emails regarding book rights.
• Communicating with your project manager in a daily basis.
• Holding professional relationships with outsourced partners.
• Creating timelines for projects.
• Maintaining an organized system for project inquiries.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Assisting project managers with daily responsibilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication
