Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Location: Piedmont, California
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $160,000 – $180,000/year

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care in an outpatient clinic. This role involves comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment plan development for individuals with a range of mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and routine med checks
• Initiate and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
• Work collaboratively with clinical teams to support continuity of care
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff
• Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
• PMHNP-BC certification
• DEA license for prescribing medications
• Prior outpatient psychiatric experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
