Pulmonary Disease - Critical Care - Physician at Indiana University Health summary:

The Pulmonologist will provide full-time outpatient care focusing on diagnosing and treating respiratory system disorders, working alongside nurse practitioners and medical assistants. The role includes procedural opportunities such as bronchoscopy and EBUS, offers a competitive salary, and provides up to six weeks of time off annually. Employment Opportunity Details :

  • Full-time 100% outpatient schedule with 36 patient facing hours per week.
  • Days (Monday-Friday)
  • No call
  • Nurse Practitioner on the Pulmonary outpatient team
  • Active Lung Nodule Clinic
  • Endoscopic Procedural opportunities based on skill/desire
  • Up to 6 weeks time off per year
  • Competitive Salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outpatient pulmonary clinic provider, working with APP and MA's in office setting
  • Diagnose and treat conditions/disorders affecting the respiratory system
  • Bronchoscopy, EBUS procedures available

Qualifications

  • US BE/BC
  • MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
  • Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide high quality patient care
  • Team oriented, positive and patient centered
