Real Estate Agent - Mentorship to 6 Figures role at Brittany Purcell & Associates

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

This range is provided by Brittany Purcell & Associates. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Have FUN!

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport , listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally . You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional
• 1-3+ years of real estate sales experience (new? apply anyway)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
