Job Details

We’re looking for a Real Estate Counsel

What You’ll Do

Advise clients on equity-side real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions.
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, as well as net and ground leases.
Collaborate on joint venture structures and related agreements.
Provide strategic guidance on complex real estate investment and finance matters.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent academic credentials and a client-focused approach.
Admission to the Illinois Bar or eligibility to waive in.
