job summary:

Immediate opportunity for an in-house recruiter with our Medical Device client. This will be a 6-month contract opportunity initially and will involve travel into their locations in Williamsport and Jersey Shore 1 day per week (1 day at each location) with the rest of the days working remotely from home. Interviews are as soon as this week.

responsibilities:

• Proactively and strategically source, screen, and assess qualified candidates for targeted job requisitions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent.
• Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment plans.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR partners to understand the business needs and ideal candidate profiles to deliver effectively on the hiring needs of the business.
• Help to meet hiring needs through planning of job fairs, interview days, or other high-volume candidate processing programs that help the company most efficiently meet its hiring needs.

qualifications:

• Prior experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, ideally in manufacturing
• Ability to travel onsite 1 day per week to each location
