What You’ll Do

• Join a 12-week Accelerator training program before starting in your selected market
• Learn from a dedicated Training Manager and train with a peer group
• Build and maintain networks in your specialist market
• Headhunt top talent and match them with client opportunities
• Sell recruitment services to clients in Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services
• Prep candidates for interviews, negotiate offers, and provide market advice
