MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00AM – 3:00PM or 8:00AM – 4:00PM
Salary: $37/hr
Sevita is excited to announce we are hiring a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our Adult Day Health team! We are looking for a reliable self-starter with a strong nursing background. Our RNs provide direct care and support overall patient health, making a real impact on the lives of those we serve.
\n \n What You’ll Do \nReview and update patient medical records.
\nProvide treatment under the direction of a physician.
\nAssist patients with prescribed medication.
\nMeasure and record patient temperatures.
\nTriage patients who are ill, injured, or experiencing behavioral issues, ensuring a safe environment for all.
\nDocument patient care activities accurately in medical records.
\nComplete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
\nKeep medical records up-to-date and complete for each patient.
\nPerform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
\nGraduate of an accredited RN program .
\nKorean language proficiency required.
