Job Title: Resident Care Assistant
Location: Grand Villa of Boynton Beach Job Type: Part-Time Evening Positions Available Job Description: Grand Villa of Boynton Beach is seeking dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Med Tech certification is preferred, but we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow in this rewarding field. Key Responsibilities: - Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Administer medications as directed and monitor residents for any changes in health status. - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive and engaging environment. - Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any concerns to the nursing staff. - Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest quality of care is provided. Skills and Qualifications: - Med Tech certification preferred. - Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Compassionate and patient demeanor. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
