Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related technical field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in application development activities including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation with emphasis on Salesforce, Force.com, object-oriented programming, and Client Server technologies. Experience in the Salesforce declarative environment and hands-on Salesforce configuration experience. Salesforce Developer or Admin track certifications. Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to think creatively and design innovative solutions. Document application specifications and solutions to meet project requirements. Identify and evaluate vendor/partner software and integration strategies. Develop and code solutions according to specifications. Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver solutions. Lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients. Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies. Execute all steps required to deploy and implement application solutions. Participate in a self-directed team environment, collaborating with project team members and QA on development, customer issues, and security requirements. Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs - Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API is strongly preferred. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, and JavaScript. Skills: Required: Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API). Required: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required: Documentation of application specifications and solutions. Required: Ability to evaluate vendor/partner software and integration strategies. Required: Developing and coding solutions to specifications. Required: Defining system landscape, identifying gaps, and delivering solutions. Required: Leading design sessions and communicating options. Required: Identifying and implementing testing strategies. Required: Executing deployment and implementation steps. Required: Collaborating in a team environment on development, issues, and security. Required: Experience retrieving data from Oracle Database, creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce, and working with Metadata API.
