WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our internal teams operate by building powerful automations and integrations within Salesforce. You’ll lead the design and execution of technical solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve the employee experience. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure our Salesforce ecosystem is both strategically sound and technically excellent—enabling scale, performance, and adoption across the organization.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven success designing and delivering Salesforce automations using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and configuration tools.
Hands-on experience building internal tools and workflows through Salesforce data modeling and custom UI development.
Fluency in Salesforce integration, especially using Workato or similar middleware platforms.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including when to leverage custom vs. out-of-the-box solutions.
A track record of creating technical solutions that eliminate manual processes and increase user satisfaction.

Competitive Pay & Benefits: We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to your well-being. The pay range for this role is $117,610.00 - $161,715.00 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
