Description:

The Salesforce Developer works to continually improve and enhance the Salesforce platform. Works with Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Security. Analyzes project objectives, creates customer workflows, and troubleshoots errors. This position requires 3 days in our Macedonia, OH office location. Only candidates residing in a commutable distance will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Salesforce programming to include custom user Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develops Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
• Uses Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Einstein Orchestrator.
• Uses Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
• Collaborates with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business.
• Adheres to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
• Takes ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and codes.
• Resolves challenging technical case support issues for internal users by understanding user requests, triaging solutions for the team, and solving problems independently.
• Remains current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Creates and executes unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min 2 years experience as a Developer on the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Certificates such as App Builder, Platform Dev, Lightning Component Specialist, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
